How it works

For staff appointed on a Temporary assignment they are paid and charged by the hour, and can be appointed for as long as the support is required, and concluded at any time providing complete flexibility. We skill assess and undertake referencing of all temporary staff to ensure we provide the highest calibre of people available across a wide sector or roles. We take the headache out of employing and paying staff, including full aspects of PAYE, AWR compliance (Agency Workers Regulations) and related holiday pay. 

For Permanent opportunities, you will only pay for our services when we are successful in finding a suitable candidate for you. Our competitive market rate fees are based on a percentage of the annual salary offered. We also offer a guarantee period to give peace of mind that you have chosen the right candidate.

Graduate recruitment is an additional area we can support with as thefutureworks is owned by the Coventry University Group, and therefore have a unique access to the latest talented graduates as they become available to the employment market.
